"Let me present... Conspiracy Events."
In Cultureprenuership we have been asked to create an enterprise plan for a business which is seeking investment from investors. At the start I had my heart set on using a business idea that I am very driven by and eager to start building upon. However, I realised that this module weigh's less in credits than the 'major project' does so I had to come back to the drawing board - Lucky I have this on the side.
Conspiracy Events, a Bristol based events company that hosts an array of music genres such as Hip Hop, Trap, Drill, Drum and Bass and Dubstep. Founded around 2 years ago, we have already shown Bristol what Conspiracy is about, real UK underground music - Loud, explicit and set in confined sweaty venues. We have already put on two successful events which has given us a good foundation to move forward with.

"Big plans for Conspiracy this year! *Covid enters chat*"
We had many big events, collaborations and expectations for the last half of 2020, just coming up to the summer moves we would have been hosting at least 2 more events at larger venues, BUT, it was not meant to be and all the momentum we picked up had to be put on hold.
Now, we come to here, the start of university and a chance to build Conspiracy Events through the university course.
But how? Events are off? The Pandemic has no end date? What can be done?

"The events industry needs to adapt in this time of uncertainty."
The pandemic has shown how vulnerable the hospitality and events industry when it comes to virus's, diseases and anything that stops mass gatherings of people. Not only this, COVID has revealed that in fact, the events industry is very 2 dimensional, it has no back up plan, yes, no one predicted a virus outbreak however I feel the events industry was caught with it's pants down and unfortunately has been hit extremely hard and many many companies are having to close their doors due to the national lockdown's that have occurred.
This is where Conspiracy Events comes back into the equation, we are wanting to offer Virtual Reality music events to the huge events industry market through pay per view, freemium and monthly subscription based packages which will allow for any music fan to enjoy the music they love with enhanced VR effects and features that will create an incredible immersive experience that may not be the real thing but will add to alternative that everyone can get behind.
This is early stages and we realise this is a complex idea which could rely on pandemics to be successful - But does it?
Go back up to the concept logo just above this segment of writing, imagine the cube is the event the middle and the middle 3D rectangle is the real life concert (if on), the lower 3D rectangle is the freemium service - The cheapest subscription which will get you a headset and access to some areas of the live show and finally, the highest 3D rectangle is the 'across industry' VR platform which is used even when the events are on. An all access VR experience eliminating the problem of capacity and accessibility to once in a life time concerts and adding in extremely innovative VR design work to make your favourite music event even more special.
And if a pandemic happens? The middle 3D rectangle would become VR. Conspiracy Events is here to provide the entire events industry with accessible, legal events.
When this pandemic goes? Festivals, venues and event companies will want to make as much profit as possible due to the paralysing circumstances they have found themselves in. Health and safety laws will restrict capacity - Conspiracy Events will be here to provide the VR experience for people who aren't able to be there in person.
VR raves, festivals? Imagine, you are stuck at home, yes an event is on but it is sold out or out of reach - Conspiracy Events can solve this problem through a pay per view, freemium or subscription based plan that will allow that certain someone access to the event.
Let me put it like this
The middle 3D rectangle on the logo is the basic event in person
The 2 3D rectangles above and below it are the VR spaces that can allow people to go to these events while adding VR possibilities that simply are not in real life and it doesn't just benefit the customers it benefits the businesses in the industries through allowing higher capacity to increase users and the use of advertising to increase revenue for the event holders, venues and Conspiracy Events.
